Oliver Staudenmayer

In 1999 Oliver Staudenmayer completes his diploma in Communication Design in Konstanz, after which he moves to Hamburg. One year later he establishes his own agency, luca design. The name reflects the second name of his son, who was born shortly before the company commenced operations. Parallel to parenting and running his own agency Oliver works for renowned advertising, design and internet agencies in the Hamburg area such as Scholz & Friends, Jung v. Matt, Office X and opus 5. Using his professional experience of working for major clients such as Allianz, Dresdner Bank, Jever, Langnese, Post, HPA and many SME customers, he is able to achieve best possible results for luca design customers big and small. Outside the office Oliver can be seen jogging around Hamburg's famous Alster lake or sailing on it, or playing his guitar.

Ralf Gruber

Ralf Gruber starts his professional career in 1989 as a journalist trainee at the Munich office of the world's largest IT publisher IDG. In parallel, he attends the Academy of Journalism in Hamburg. Ralf gathers professional experience in editor positions at various prestigious tech magazines such as "PC Professionell" and newsweekly "Focus", also writing freelance for magazines and newspapers such as "Forbes!" and "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung". Taking on greater responsibility, he becomes a senior editor, then Editor-in-Chief of print and online publications in the tech realm, conceiving magazines and websites. After moving to Hamburg in 2005, he opens up new veins working as Senior copy editor (online) for people and fashion magazines “Bunte” and “Elle”. When Ralf isn’t working on articles, he indulges in his passion: A real car buff and petrolhead, he loves to ride two- or four-wheeled exotic vehicles.

After completing his training as a typescript editor at the company Werbe Blank in Sonthofen, Oliver Mühling begins to study at the Cologne International School of Design. With a diploma in his pocket, he starts his career in 2004 as a designer at the branding and design agency TBWA \ Rosefish in Hamburg. From 2007 on, Oliver works freelance as a Senior Designer on behalf of various agencies (including Landor, Factor Design, TBWA, SinnerSchrader, opus 5) in the field of branding/design for clients such as Allianz, HSH Nordbank, DG Hyp, Skoda, BMW, HPA and many more. In his spare time he is a keen sailor, enjoying the gusts on Hamburg's Alster lake.

Before starting her career Telse Prahl dedicates herself to academics. She indulges in cultural studies in Hildesheim and Aix-en-Provence. After graduation, she starts as a project manager at a Hamburg event agency, then enters the field of PR: In 2005 she begins working as a copywriter at Edelman, the world's largest independent public relations agency. In 2009, she decides to continue her career as a freelance writer and author. As for reporting, her focus is on food & beverages, travel, art & culture, family & home. Telse writes for agencies (amongst others Molthan van Loon, MasterMedia, Mavens, rabach kommunikation) as well as for publishers (Medienbotschaft, Handmade Kultur Verlag, Tigerbooks Media). Whenever there's time, she lets go of her keyboard, slips on her hiking boots and
